| Bolton Council’s Employment and Skills Unit works on projects to improve the skills and employability of Bolton people. Located at Bolton Enterprise Centre, Washington Street off Deane Road and The workshop on Newport Street. The unit’s work is divided across two teams – the Youth Team and the Social Inclusion Team.
