How healthy is your business?

To help maximise the potential of your business, Business Bolton has created an informative online test which will help determine the health of your business. 

Accessing the test is easy, click here and go to 'Developing your business' on the left-hand navigation. Once there, select 'Online diagnostic' and you're in. The test covers the key areas of your business including strategy and leadership, finance, marketing, systems and processes, human resources, training and innovation, creativity and growth. 

You don't have to complete all seven areas in one session, you can do one or two and complete the rest at a later date but before you leave the site, don't forget to click 'Get my results'. 

For each section, you'll receive an overall rating (high / medium / low), along with information and advice from Business Bolton to support you in improving the performance of your business. You'll also receive a bespoke PDF direct to your inbox featuring your results.
