Strengthen your workforce with Train to Gain

 

Business Link Northwest is an independent, free-to-use business support and information service providing relevant and up to date information for all businesses in the North West.   It also delivers the Train to Gain service, funded by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), which provides advice and support to help employers access the training their business needs to succeed. 

 

Investing in the development of workforce skills can help improve staff motivation, increase productivity and encourage retention. This is particularly important in the current economic climate and can put businesses a step ahead of the competition by unlocking latent talent and driving improved business performance.    

 

Skills development can be equally beneficial for business owners and managers.  The Train to Gain: Leadership and Management Advisory Service can help to equip you and your managers with new leadership skills to help take your business forward. 

 

The free to use service offers specialist support provided by Business Link Leadership and Management Advisors and, subject to eligibility, financial support from the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) and LSC towards the cost of training.
