The largest distribution, logistics and employment site in Greater Manchester offering design and build opportunities ranging in size from 20,000 sq. ft to 1 million sq. ft. Planning approval was granted for the 250 acre scheme in December 2013 and works have started on site to deliver nearly 400,000 sq. m (over 4 million sq. ft) of bespoke design and build opportunities. All have immediate access to Junction 4 of the M61, just 3 miles from the M60 and M62.

The site is anchored by Aldi who officially opened their 600,000 sq ft. state of the art distribution centre in April 2016. This is Aldi's largest regional distribution site in the UK and will act as a hub for the growing number of stores across the North West of England.

MBDA have moved into a new 100,000 sq ft facility on the site which combines high-quality manufacturing space with offices.

Joy Global have moved into their new 8 acre facility on Logistics North.

Whistl are due to move into their new distribution centre in Spring 2017, with Lidl to open their regional distribution centre at a later date.

Delivery timescales

Phase one of the development is almost complete. 141 acres are sold with only around 72 acres of space remaining. Whistl are due to move in to their new distribution centre in Spring 2017. Phase two on site shortly with units available from Q3 2017.
