Jobcentre Plus New Enterprise Allowance
Referrals have to be made by a Jobcentre Personal Advisor. Open to those claiming Jobseeker’s Allowance , Income Support as a lone parent or in the Work-Related Activity Group of the Employment and Support Allowance.
Bolton Business Ventures (BBV)
BBV are leading the Start and Grow RGF-funded start up programme. The eligibility criteria includes the requirement that the business owner is able to put a minimum of £5000 investment into the business and will create at least 1 additional job. There is £100 charge for people accessing the 1-2-1 business support programme who are not also taking up a Start Up Loan.
