Fully funded support to help Bolton start-ups accelerate growth and achieve their full potential
Start Up Vision programme is available for individuals in Bolton who run a small business or freelance and have been trading for up to 12 months.
The objectives of helping early-stage business owners to start their business in the most effective way.
The programme, which launched in January 2022, provides support at no cost to the business owner at often the most difficult stage of their self-employment journey.
Individuals joining the programme will receive support on a one-to-one basis from an experienced business adviser, with an action plan tailored to their specific needs being developed from the initial consultation. This will be followed by progression reviews delivered midway through and on completion.
The programme also provides access to funded training to develop and improve skills in things like bookkeeping and accounting; marketing, sales; and more, as well as practical support services delivered by specialist providers including social media planning, web site build or cash flow management, which can all help overcome early operational obstacles.
Start Up Vision is being delivered by GC Business Growth Hub, funded by the UK Government through the UK Community Renewal Fund.
